Introduction
Use UAE Panel to send SMS, manage contacts and message jobs, review reports, and update your user profile.
What you can do
UAE Panel helps you manage SMS messaging from one place. You can send text, flash, and Unicode messages, schedule message jobs, organize recipients, and review message activity.
Send single, bulk, and group SMS messages.
Create groups and distribution lists, then manage recipient contacts.
Schedule messages and monitor their execution in Job Management.
Review credit activity, sent SMS logs, and message summaries.
Send SMS
You can send three types of SMS messages from UAE Panel:
| Message type | Description |
|---|---|
| Single SMS | Send an SMS message to up to 100 mobile numbers. |
| Bulk SMS | Upload a text file that contains mobile numbers, including country codes. |
| Group SMS | Send messages to contacts in groups or distribution lists created in the Address Book. |
You can send text, flash, and Unicode messages. Use Unicode messages when you need to send characters in multiple languages.
Schedule and manage message jobs
Schedule an SMS message for a specific date and time. UAE Panel displays scheduling and job execution details in Job Management.
Manage contacts
Use the Address Book to create groups and distribution lists, then add and manage contacts. You can use these groups and lists when sending Group SMS messages.
Review reports
Use Reports to review SMS activity and account information.
