Reports

Use NewWebsms reports to review message delivery, credit usage, current-day statistics, message summaries, and Acculync analytics.

Open the Reports menu to access reports. Some reports require you to select a date range before generating results.

Report categories

Report category	Purpose
Log reports	Show statistics about individual message parameters.
Daily Statistics reports	Show message statistics for the current day.
Summary reports	Display total message parameter values between two dates.
Other reports	Show message statistics for other products integrated into NewWebsms.

To select a date range, choose dates in the Date From and Date To fields, then click Search.

Log reports

Log reports include the Credit Details report and the SMS Report.

Credit Details Report

The Credit Details report displays the current credit balance, outstanding overdraft, and credit change log for the selected time interval.

SMS Report

Use the SMS Report to view individual message details.

The system selects Today’s Log by default.

Open the SMS Report.
Click Search to generate the report for the current day.

Search for a specific result by entering data in the search boxes above selected table headers.

Export an SMS Report

In the SMS Report section, select Export Log.
Select the sender, DLR status, and time duration to apply report search criteria.
Click Export.
In the Export Log section, select the Download link to download the compressed report file.

The system also emails a download link to your registered email address. Open the link and enter the key, which acts as a password, to download the file.

Daily Statistics reports

The Daily Statistics category includes the Today’s Stats report.

Today’s Stats Report

Today’s Stats displays current-day message count details, including:

Total messages
Total message parts
Total credit deducted

Summary reports

Summary reports display total message parameter values between two dates. This category includes the Dashboard and SMS Summary Report.

Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a single view of summaries for various message parameters. You can display results for a selected date range. By default, the Dashboard shows summaries for the current day.

Select DashBoard on the menu bar.
Select the required date range.
Click Submit.

Delivery statuses

The delivery status pie chart represents delivery statuses as slices. Hover over a slice to view the total messages for that status.

Messages per country

The Messages per Country 3-D column chart shows the total messages sent to each destination country.

Messages per day

The Messages per Day column chart shows the total messages sent each day. The system also displays the same data below the chart in statistical form.

SMS Summary Report

The SMS Summary Report shows a summary of messages, message parts, and deductions. You can search by country, operator, and date range.

Select a date range or month range.
Optional: Select a country to narrow the results.
Select an operator from the available operator list.
Click Search.

When you select a country from the Country list, the Operator list displays applicable operators.

The results appear in the Summary Report section in a table. The Search Category section displays check boxes that control which data columns appear.

By default, the report displays Country and Operator data by date. Select the check boxes in Search Category to hide data in other columns.

For example, select the Country check box to display country names and hide dates and operator names.

Other reports

Other reports show statistics and parameters for products integrated into NewWebsms.

Acculync Report

The Acculync Report displays user analytics for generated shortened links. The report can include the destination mobile number, device type, browser, and operating system.
