Personalise Portals

Personalise the International Reseller Webadmin client portal website and messaging interface with manual controls, themes, templates, taglines, and signatures.

Use International Reseller Webadmin to personalise the client portal website, messaging interface, templates, taglines, signatures, and theme settings for all users.

When you create a user account, the user receives an email with a link to the client portal. The portal hosts product and company information and lets users sign in to send messages.

Any customisation you make in International Reseller Webadmin applies to all users.

You can customise the website and messaging interface manually or by using a theme:

Customisation methodRequired theme type
Manual customisationOld
Theme customisationNew

You can also apply built-in templates to the website and interface at the same time. Templates apply a uniform set of colours, fonts, and borders, but you cannot customise an applied template.

Personalise the website

The website includes a banner, title, navigation panel, page content, page background, and footer. Users select links in the navigation panel to browse the site.

Add taglines and signatures

Taglines and signatures provide additional customisation for the client portal and appear for all users.

  • A tagline is static text appended near the bottom of an SMS delivered to a phone. You can configure taglines for Single SMS and Bulk SMS modes.
  • A signature is text added at the bottom of every email sent by International Reseller Webadmin.

International Reseller Webadmin automatically appends a configured tagline to the message a user types in the client portal. The tagline does not appear in the client portal’s Message text box.

  1. Open Manage Systems → Manage Features.
  2. Enter the required tagline, signature, or theme type changes.
  3. Click Submit.
