Manage User Routing

Assign, price, edit, report on, and review message routes for users in International Reseller Webadmin.

Use International Reseller Webadmin to assign message routes to users, set route prices, update route records, and review routing reports.

Route Mobile’s messaging platform collects users’ messages and forwards them to mobile operators, which then deliver messages to end users. A user’s route is the combination of a destination country and the operators that carry messages into that country.

When you select a country for a user, the system displays the operators available in that country. Each operator shows a least selling price (LSP), which is the minimum price at which you can sell that route. You cannot enter a price below the LSP.

  1. Open Manage Systems → Manage User.
  2. Find the required username.
  3. Under the Routing column, click Manage.
