Manage Jobs

Use Job Management to find, review, edit, stop, delete, and download SMS jobs.

Jobs are created when you schedule or send messages to more than 100 numbers through Single SMS, Bulk SMS, or Group SMS. Select Job Management from the menu bar to view job details, statuses, and available actions.

Search jobs

Use the Search Category section to find user-created jobs and display the results in a table.

Filter jobs by:

• Message
• Sender ID
• Date range

Control jobs

By default, Job Management lists all job details in a table below the Search Category section. The table includes job statuses and actions for the jobs you uploaded.

Job actions

The actions available in the Action column depend on the job status.

Edit a job

Select Edit to open the job on the page where you originally created it.

You can edit the Sender ID and message content for jobs with either of these statuses:

• Stopped
• Insufficient credits

Delete a job

Select Delete to remove a job. If the system asks you to confirm the action, select OK.

Stop a job in progress

Jobs with the In-Process status are currently submitting messages. Select Stop to stop message submission.

After you stop the job, its status changes to Stopped.

Download destination numbers

Select Download to download the file containing the destination phone numbers for a job.
