Reports

Use reports to review message delivery, credit usage, current-day statistics, and analytics for products integrated with the RSms portal.

Select Reports from the menu to view available reports. For reports that use a date range, select values in Date From and Date To, then select Search.

Report categories

The Reports menu includes four report categories:

Log reports — Statistics for individual message parameters.
Daily statistics reports — Message statistics for the current day.
Summary reports — Total message parameter values over a selected date range.
Other reports — Statistics for other products integrated with the RSms portal.

Log reports

Log reports include the Credit Details report and the SMS report.

Credit Details report

Use the Credit Details report to view:

Current credit balance
Outstanding overdraft
Credit change log for the selected time interval

SMS report

Use the SMS report to view details for individual messages you send.

By default, the report uses Today’s Log. Select Search to generate the report for the current day.

To find a specific result, enter data in the search boxes above the relevant table headers.

Export an SMS report

In the SMS Reports section, select Export Log.
Select the mobile number, sender, DLR status, and time duration for the report.
Select Export.
Select the Download link that appears below the export request to download the compressed report file.

The system also sends a download link to your registered email address. Enter the key provided with the email link to download the file.

Daily statistics reports

Today’s Stats report

Use Today’s Stats to view current-day message count details, including:

Total messages
Total message parts
Total credit deducted

Summary reports

Summary reports display total values for message parameters between two dates. This category includes the Dashboard and SMS Summary report.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a single view of message parameter summaries for a selected date range. By default, it displays summaries for the current day.

Select Dashboard from the menu bar.
Select a date range.
Select Submit.

Use the dashboard to review:

Message Summary — Total messages sent, message parts, and credit deducted for the selected date range.
Delivery Statuses — A pie chart showing delivery statuses for total messages sent. Hover over a slice to view the message count for that status.
Messages per Country — A 3-D column chart showing total messages sent per destination country.
Messages per Day — A column chart showing total messages sent each day, with statistical data below the chart.

SMS Summary report

Use the SMS Summary report to view summaries of messages, message parts, and deductions.

Select a date or month range.
Select a country and operator to narrow the results.
In the Country list, select a country name.
Select an applicable operator from the Operator list.
Select Search to display results in the table below.

By default, the table displays Country and Operator data by date. Use the check boxes in the Search Category section to hide data in other columns.

For example, select the Country check box to display country names and hide dates and operator names.

Other reports

Other reports provide statistics and parameters for products integrated with the RSms portal.

Acculync report

Use the Acculync report to view analytics for generated short links, including:

Destination mobile number
Device type
Browser
Operating system

Two-Way Summary report

Use the Two-Way Summary report to view received keywords, the subsequent response message, and completion date.

Select a date range to view the report.
