The Viber Business Messages (VBM) Dashboard allows users to monitor messaging activity and view overall performance for a selected date range.

It displays key metrics, including Submitted, Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed, and Fallback messages, along with percentage changes.

Users can also view daily messaging activity through the Traffic Trend chart and explore the Message Category Breakdown, Media Analysis & & Top Campaigns sections to gain further insights into message delivery and engagement.
