Manage User Activities

Find, review, stop, restart, and delete user message jobs in International Reseller Webadmin.

Use International Reseller Webadmin to find and control message jobs created by users through the client portal.

When a user schedules or sends messages to more than 100 numbers through the client portal, the system creates a job. Users can manage their own jobs, and you can also manage those jobs from International Reseller Webadmin.

To manage jobs, open Manage Systems → Job Management.

Search jobs

Use the Search Jobs section to find user-created jobs. Matching jobs appear in the Jobs List section.

You can search using the following filters:

UsernameFinds jobs created by a specific user.
Sender IDFinds jobs associated with a sender ID.
Date rangeFinds jobs created or scheduled within a selected date range.
Job statusFinds jobs with a specific processing status.

Review job details

By default, the Jobs List section displays all job details in a table. The table includes each job’s status and actions for controlling uploaded jobs.

HeaderDescription
JobIdUnique numeric ID for a job created by a username.
TypeType of message sent in the job.
Msg CountNumber of mobile numbers to which messages were sent.
Total SentTotal number of messages sent.
Scheduled TimeTime the message is scheduled for submission.
Begin TimeTime message submission started.
Completion TimeTime all messages were completely submitted.
StatusCurrent status of the job. The status changes as the job is processed or when you perform an action.
ActionAvailable controls for the job, based on its current status.

Control jobs

The Action column displays the controls available for the job’s current status.

Stop an in-progress job

Jobs with the In Process status are currently submitting messages.

  1. Find the job in the Jobs List section.
  2. Select the Stop action.
  3. Confirm the action if prompted.

After you stop the job, its status changes to Stopped.

Restart a stopped job

Jobs with the Stopped status display the Restart action.

  1. Find the stopped job.
  2. Select Restart.

The job resumes processing.

Restart a job with insufficient credits

Jobs with the Insufficient Credits status can resume after you add credits to the account.

  1. Add credits to the account.
  2. Find the job in the Jobs List section.
  3. Select Restart.

After you restart the job, its status changes to In Process and the Stop action becomes available.

Delete a job

You can delete jobs with the following statuses:

  • In Process
  • Stopped
  • Insufficient Credits
  • Scheduled
  • File Not Uploaded
  1. Find the job in the Jobs List section.
  2. Select the Delete action.
  3. Confirm the action if prompted.
