When a reseller’s user sends messages, the system deducts the appropriate credit from the user’s and reseller’s accounts.

The Credit Allotted box is read-only and shows the credit provided to the reseller to date. This value is not reduced unless a negative value is entered in Credit to Add (Paid).

A reseller’s user must send messages only on the routes specified by the reseller. Other unallocated routes attract the default charge specified in the Default Price Per SMS box.

In exceptional cases, you can enter a negative value in Credit to Add (Paid) to deduct from the reseller’s credit balance.
