Fetch Reports

https://apis.rmlconnect.net/viber-report-creator/v1/fetch_reports

Returns a paginated list of generated report records for a given date range. Each record includes the report status, file path, and metadata. Use the file_path value from a completed report to call the Download Report endpoint.
